Substack gives creators an opportunity to dive deeper.Whether you're bringing an established audience to Substack or building your readership from the ground up, I'll help shape your publication by defining your content pillars, identifying what resonates with your audience, and developing a publishing roadmap that keeps everything connected and intentional.For creators who want to stay in their creative flow, I also offer publication management to take the operational logistics off your plate. I'll facilitate the launch of your account, format and publish your articles, maintain your publishing schedule, and track engagement to help inform your content strategy, so your Substack doesn't become another platform you have to keep up with.

1. Submit Your InquiryComplete the inquiry form with details about your project. The more context you provide, the better I can prepare to tailor my recommendations.

2. Discovery & Project ConsultationWe'll meet to discuss your project, audience, voice, goals, and desired outcome. Together, we'll determine the level of editorial support that best fits your needs.

3. Proposal & Project ConfirmationAfter our consultation, you'll receive a customized proposal outlining the scope of work, editing level, timeline, and pricing. Once approved, your project is officially booked.

4. Editorial ReviewI'll carefully review your content, making edits and providing full revisions when requested. My focus is to strengthen clarity, flow, organization, readability, and consistency while preserving your unique voice.

5. DeliveryYou'll receive your edited document along with any editorial notes or recommendations. You'll have the opportunity to review every suggested edit and decide which changes you'd like to accept before publication.

FAQ

Will you rewrite my content?My goal is to strengthen your writing, not replace it. While all projects involve suggestions through tracked changes and comments so you remain in control of your work, I find my full revisions offer the best insight and value.

Do you use AI to edit?No. Every project is reviewed and edited by me personally. I don't outsource my editorial decisions to AI. Each suggestion is based on careful reading, thoughtful analysis, and an understanding of your goals, audience, and unique voice.

How much does editing cost?Because every project is different, pricing is customized based on scope, word count, and the level of editorial support required. After our consultation, you'll receive a detailed proposal outlining pricing before any work begins.

Can I request another round of edits?Yes. If you've made revisions after receiving your edited draft and would like another editorial review before publishing, you can book an additional round of editing as an add-on service. If you are on retainer, this service is included.

What if I have multiple ongoing projects?If you regularly publish content, you don't have to submit each project individually.
